Java Developer

Expansion Desk is hiring for Part Time Java Developer(Remote) - Few hours daily

Job Responsibilities -

• Maintain, update, and improveexisting Java applications
• Design and develop new Java-based applications and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot production issues
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
• Implement best practices in security, testing, and documentation
• Contribute to architectural decisions, refactoring plans, and technical strategy

What You Bring

• 8+ years of Java development experience
• Strong understanding ofJava 8+ , OOP principles, and design patterns
• Hands-on experience withSpring / Spring Boot
• Experience maintaining and improvinglegacy Java systems
• Familiarity withRESTful APIs , microservices, and JSON
• Solid understanding ofSQL and relational databases
• Proficiency withGit , JIRA, and CI/CD tools
• Bonus Points For:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes

Front-end experience (React, Angular, Vue)
