As a Java Developer, you will be part of our highly skilled development team, utilizing your hands-on expertise in Core Java and related technologies to build and maintain scalable, secure, and mission-critical applications.
You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting large-scale software systems with high availability and performance.
You will:
Analyze, design, develop, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot mission-critical applications
Work independently on both technical and operational aspects
Develop client-specific Java applications and deliver on time with high quality
Apply design principles and development standards to ensure scalability and maintainability
Keep up to date with technical trends and best practices in software development

Essential Requirements
1–3 years of hands-on experience in software development
Strong expertise in Core Java, JSP, Servlets, and EJB 3.0
Familiarity with Eclipse, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, and XML/JSON
Proficient in SQL with experience in Oracle databases
Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
Experience with JUnit and unit test automation
Solid understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns
Exposure to Agile methodologies
Experience using version control tools like TFS, Bitbucket, IBM CM Synergy
Excellent communication skills in English
Desirable Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering
Exposure to mobile platforms (Android/iOS)
Experience in designing and developing large-scale or mission-critical applications, preferably in healthcare
Passionate about programming beyond working hours
Experience in interacting with internal or external (onsite) clients
