As a Java Developer, you will be part of our highly skilled development team, utilizing your hands-on expertise in Core Java and related technologies to build and maintain scalable, secure, and mission-critical applications.

You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting large-scale software systems with high availability and performance.

You will:

  • Analyze, design, develop, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot mission-critical applications

  • Work independently on both technical and operational aspects

  • Develop client-specific Java applications and deliver on time with high quality

  • Apply design principles and development standards to ensure scalability and maintainability

  • Keep up to date with technical trends and best practices in software development

Essential Requirements

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in software development

  • Strong expertise in Core Java, JSP, Servlets, and EJB 3.0

  • Familiarity with Eclipse, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, and XML/JSON

  • Proficient in SQL with experience in Oracle databases

  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with JUnit and unit test automation

  • Solid understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns

  • Exposure to Agile methodologies

  • Experience using version control tools like TFS, Bitbucket, IBM CM Synergy

  • Excellent communication skills in English

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering

  • Exposure to mobile platforms (Android/iOS)

  • Experience in designing and developing large-scale or mission-critical applications, preferably in healthcare

  • Passionate about programming beyond working hours

  • Experience in interacting with internal or external (onsite) clients
