Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and message-driven architectures using Kafka or other messaging queues (RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, etc.). The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs while ensuring high performance, reliability, and seamless integration across systems.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and microservices using Java and Spring Boot
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems
• Implement event-driven and asynchronous communication using Kafka or other messaging queues (RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, etc.)
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards
• Participate in system design discussions, architecture decisions, and technical reviews
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, QA, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner
• Ensure application security, data integrity, and compliance with organizational standards
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
