Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Mongo DB Oracle IBM MQ Kafka Spring Boot Spring Core J2EE Java 11 Java 8 and Core Java. Experience in the Cards and Payments domain is a plus. This role involves designing developing and maintaining high-performance applications that drive our business forward.
Responsibilities
Design and develop high-quality software solutions using Core Java Java 8 Java 11.Implement and manage databases using Mongo DB and Oracle to ensure data integrity and performance.Utilize IBM MQ and Kafka for efficient messaging and data streaming.Develop robust applications using Spring Boot and Spring Core frameworks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.Ensure software meets all requirements of quality security modifiability extensibility etc.Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design coding testing and deployment.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies.Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.Have 7 to 11 years of hands-on experience in software development.Demonstrate proficiency in Mongo DB Oracle IBM MQ Kafka Spring Boot Spring Core J2EE Java 11 Java 8 and Core Java.Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Show excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Experience in the Cards and Payments domain is a plus.Display a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
