Job Summary

As a Custom Software Engineer , you will work in a dynamic environment where you analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of software solutions, proactively address challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement of application performance and functionality.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to perform as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) .
• Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
• Be responsible for key technical and team-level decisions .
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to critical design and implementation decisions .
• Provide effective solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional growth.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must Have Skills

• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot .
• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot development.

Good to Have Skills

• Experience with Java , Microservices , and Lightweight Architecture .
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development .
• Experience with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices .
