Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Java Backend Developer with strong fundamentals in object-oriented programming and hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance backend systems. The role involves developing robust microservices and contributing to end-to-end backend architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java
• Build and deploy microservices using Spring Boot framework
• Implement clean, efficient, and reusable code following OOPS principles
• Develop concurrent and high-performance applications using multithreading
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, DevOps, and product
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high standards of code quality
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance

Key Requirements:

• 4-7 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development
• Strong understanding of OOPS concepts, design patterns, and data structures
• Expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
• Solid experience in multithreading and concurrency handling
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend integration
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Understanding of CI/CD practices
