About Position:

This role is ideal for a seasoned Java Backend Developer who excels in building scalable, highperformance backend systems using Spring Framework and related technologies. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently while contributing effectively in an Agile environment.

What You'll Do:

• In this role, you will design and develop backend services that power robust applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams while owning endtoend development responsibilities.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and MySQL.
• Participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, and daily stand-ups.
• Writing clean, maintainable, and unittestable code using JUnit, following TDD principles.
• Conducting code reviews, debugging production issues, and ensuring continuous performance optimization.
• Contributing to architectural discussions and improving backend service reliability.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• We are looking for someone with deep backend engineering experience and strong architectural understandingnot an entrylevel Java developer. You should be confident in owning tasks independently while delivering highquality solutions.
• You should bring:
• Strong expertise in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
• Advanced proficiency in Java, Hibernate, and MySQL.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to take ownership, work with minimal supervision, and deliver in fast-paced environments.
• (Good to Have) Experience with Kafka or other messaging systems.
