Job Description

LTIMindtree is looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong Java fundamentals and experience building high-performance, secure backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring/Spring Boot
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices
• Work with cross-functional teams (frontend, QA, DevOps, business)
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
• Perform unit testing and support integration/system testing
• Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices
• Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide fixes

hands-on experience with Java Backend Developer

hands-on experience with Java and Springboot and Microservices
