Peak Hawks LLP is looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Microservices architecture, Spring Boot, and REST APIs to join a dynamic development team.
Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Hybrid Work From Office from Day 1 (Mandatory 3 Days WFO)
Shift: General Shift with occasional Night Stand-up Calls

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable backend applications using Core Java and Spring Boot
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservices
Develop event-driven applications using Kafka
Implement clean, optimized, and maintainable code
Work on system integrations (Batch & Real-Time)
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
Implement asynchronous messaging and distributed systems
Follow TDD / BDD development practices
Work with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
Ensure high system reliability and observability
Important Notes
Candidate must have strong hands-on Java fundamentals and OOPS concepts
Ability to clearly explain Java memory management, variable declaration, and object-oriented principles
