Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Consultant with 3 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Database and SQL Rest API Hibernate Springboot Microservices and Core Java. Experience in Group Employee Benefits is a plus. - Lead the design and implementation of robust database solutions using SQL to ensure data integrity and performance.
- Oversee the development and integration of Rest APIs to facilitate seamless communication between systems.
- Provide expertise in Hibernate to manage data persistence and ensure efficient database interactions.
- Develop and maintain Springboot Microservices to support scalable and resilient application architectures.
- Utilize Core Java to build high-performance reliable and maintainable software components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Mentor junior team members sharing knowledge and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Participate in agile ceremonies contributing to sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all technical implementations.
- Provide technical documentation and training to support the adoption and maintenance of developed solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools to enhance productivity and quality.
Qualifications
- Possess strong technical skills in Database and SQL demonstrating the ability to design and optimize complex queries.
- Have extensive experience with Rest API development and integration ensuring secure and efficient data exchange.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Hibernate for managing data persistence and optimizing database interactions.
- Show expertise in Springboot Microservices capable of developing scalable and resilient application components.
- Exhibit strong Core Java skills with a focus on building high-performance and maintainable software.
