Experience and skillsets:

Analyze, design, develop, implement, document, and maintain applications systems, working on moderately complex to highly complex project assignments.
Consult with Quality Assurance and Business Analysts in the development and execution of test plans.
Provide technical assistance and problem resolution for assigned systems.
Identify and provide recommendations for system process improvements.
May act as a source for direction, training, and guidance for less experienced team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology, or in a related technical field or equivalent technology experience.
Excellent presentation, verbal, written, interpersonal and listening skills
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
Professional experience in Java development using Spring Boot
1+ years of engineering experience

Must-Have Skills:

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot with a focus on performance and maintainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Strong knowledge of microservices design principles, REST APIs, and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Familiarity with Microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Deploy and manage services on AWS Cloud, utilizing services like EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, API Gateway, etc
Deploy, scale, and monitor containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker in production environments.
