Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5) • Core Java & Advanced Java (J2EE, Multi-threading, Collections, Concurrency)

• Microservices Architecture (Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, gRPC)

• Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• DevOps & CI/CD (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git)

• Database Management (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)

• Messaging Queues & Streaming (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

• Security & Authentication (OAuth, JWT, SAML)

• Testing & Debugging (JUnit, Postman, SonarQube)

Good-to-Have • Big Data Technologies (Hadoop, Spark, ELK Stack)

• Experience in Network Function Virtualization (NFV) & Software-Defined Networking (SDN)

• Knowledge of Billing & CRM Systems (e.g., Amdocs, Ericsson, Netcracker)
