Job Description
Position Title: Technical Architect
Technical Skills:
- Design & Architecture : 10+ years of experience.
- Languages/Frameworks : Java 8/11+, Python (nice to have).
- Databases : Relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
- Microservices : Experience with microservices architecture, messaging systems like RabbitMQ/Kafka.
- APIs : RESTful services, experience with or interest in GraphQL and gRPC would be nice.
- BPM : Experience with BPM process engines (e.g., Camunda, Activiti).
- CI/CD : Jenkins, Harness.
- Containerization/Orchestration : Docker, Kubernetes,
- Cloud Engineering : AWS.
- Frontend : Familiarity with ReactJS, Angular.
Responsibilities :
Lead system design and architecture for CoreHR onboarding and compliance processes.
Implement and optimize microservices and integrations.
Develop APIs with a forward-looking approach towards GraphQL and gRPC.
Enhance business process automation through BPM engines.
Oversee CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration.
