Your RoleDeploy solutions in AWS and on-premises environments under supervision.Install and configure Fineos solutions locally or remotely to support triage and RCA (Root Cause Analysis).Communicate effectively with customers regarding issue status and resolution plans.Perform technical triage and functional analysis to identify RCA of customer issues.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient support operations.Your Profile6–9 years of relevant experience in enterprise application support and deployment.Proficient in Java (J2EE) technologies including JSP, AngularJS, Node.js, JNDI.Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud and services, including hybrid deployments.Skilled in working with application servers like WebSphere, Tomcat, JBOSS.Strong knowledge of databases (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, Aurora) and integration technologies (SOAP/HTTP, RESTful APIs, WebSphereMQ, SOA, AquaLogic).
