We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales SAP Managed Services Solution Architect with over 10 years of expertise in Pre-Sales Delivery and exposure to various operating models estimation techniques win themes and automation. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our SAP Managed Services business by crafting innovative solutions that meet our clients needs and ensuring successful delivery.
Responsibilities
Solution Design - Develop comprehensive SAP Managed Services solutions tailored to client requirements leveraging your deep understanding of SAP landscapes and industry best practices.
Pre-Sales Support- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process including conducting workshops presentations and demonstrations to showcase our capabilities.
Client Engagement- Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives and articulate how our SAP Managed Services can address their needs effectively.
Proposal Development- Lead the creation of detailed proposals including solution architecture scope of work cost estimates and timelines ensuring alignment with client expectations and win themes.
Estimation Techniques- Utilize advanced estimation techniques to provide accurate and competitive pricing for SAP Managed Services engagements.
Automation and Innovation- Drive automation initiatives to enhance service delivery efficiency and quality staying abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the SAP ecosystem.
Collaboration- Work closely with cross-functional teams including delivery operations and project management to ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to delivery and successful project execution.
Thought Leadership- Act as a thought leader in the SAP Managed Services domain contributing to the development of best practices methodologies and knowledge sharing within the organization.
