We are looking for bright and passionate candidate for the position of Japanese Trainer, with experience in:
Locati on : Bangalore
Experience : 4 to 10 Years
Role & Responsibilities:
A. Performance Attributes:
Conducting language classes:
- Conduct engaging Japanese language classes (online/offline).
- For various proficiency levels, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the language.
- Focused on the needs of employees going to the client site in Japan.
- Focused on the needs of individuals preparing for JLPT N4, N5.
- Assess trainee's progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to address learning challenges.
Preparing Japanese language material:
- Develop curriculum and teaching materials tailored to the learning needs of trainees for different durations.
- Update curriculum and teaching materials as per need.
- Emphasize practical language skills that will be directly applicable in work environments at client site in Japan.
- Create study/listening material for spoken Japanese.
- Create assessment papers.
Japanese culture and etiquettes:
- Provide insights into Japanese work culture and etiquette to prepare trainees for a smooth transition into their work life in Japan.
- Provide insights into Japanese society and important Do's and Don'ts.
- Encourage and support continuous language improvement and cultural understanding.
