Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Japanese Language Trainer for a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality Japanese language lessons, planning, and executing engaging lesson plans tailored to learners' needs. Day-to-day tasks include teaching language fundamentals, grammar, and conversational skills, facilitating immersive learning experiences, and assessing student progress. The trainer will also support students in developing a deeper understanding of Japanese literature and culture.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Language Teaching, Teaching, and related educational techniques
• Strong skills in Lesson Planning and executing structured and goal-oriented lessons
• In-depth knowledge and passion for Education and Literature, particularly in Japanese studies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English
• Prior experience in teaching or training is an advantage
• Teach Japanese from beginner level to JLPT N4
• Ability to explain concepts in Telugu / simple English
• Offline classroom teaching (preferred)
• Handle batch classes (10+ students)
• JLPT N2/N1 preferred (N3 with experience acceptable)
• Demo class required
