Role: Japanese Bilingual
Experience: 4 to 8years
Location: Indore
Key Responsibilities
Provide L1 support for applications and infrastructure as per defined SLAs. Perform system monitoring and identify potential issues proactively. Log, categorize, and prioritize incidents, ensuring timely escalation to L2/L3 teams when required. Communicate with Japanese customers and internal teams for issue updates and clarifications. Record incident details accurately in ticketing tools and maintain documentation. Conduct basic troubleshooting using SOPs. Ensure continuous service availability and participate in shift handovers. Support routine operational checks and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Japanese Language Proficiency JLPT N3 Equivalent or above (mandatory). 15 years of experience in L1 Support / Monitoring operations. Good understanding of IT supports workflows and incident management. Ability to read, write, and communicate eAectively in Japanese and English. Willingness to work in 247 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of Excel (functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formatting preferred). Exposure to monitoring tools or ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, etc.). Experience in ITIL processes is an added advantage
