Job Description
Job Role: IVR Developer
Experience: 8 to 12 Years
Location: Hyderabad
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of overall software development experience
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on IVR development experience
- 2+ years of team leadership experience
- Strong proficiency in IVR platforms such as Twilio and Microsoft 365
- IVR certifications (Twilio, Cyara) are an added advantage
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) , Kubernetes , and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in .Net, Java, Node.js , and other scripting languages
- Familiarity with Jira, GitHub, Confluence
- Strong understanding of security and privacy standards for customer data
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
