KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and develop IVR call flows using Genesys Cloud Architect

Build conversational IVR solutions with natural language processing capabilities

Implement voice prompts, menu structures, and intelligent call routing logic

Develop conversational AI workflows using Genesys Cloud AI services

Integrate with AWS Lambda functions for custom business logic implementation

Build intent recognition and entity extraction capabilities

Create REST API integrations for real-time data retrieval and updates

Develop serverless functions using AWS Lambda and Azure Functions

REQUIRED SKILLS

Genesys Cloud Platform (4+ years) - Architect, routing, integrations

IVR Development - Call flow design and voice application development

AWS Lambda - Serverless function development and deployment

REST APIs - Integration development and consumption
