IVF Clinic Nurse

Neo Fertility Clinic is an IVF Fertility center based in Marathahalli - Bangalore. It is let by Dr Payal Mahapatra (OBGYN & IVF Specialist). We are currently looking for an IVF Nurse / Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Counselling & Education

Guide patients through all stages of the IVF and fertility treatment journey from consultation to conception.

Explain procedures, protocols, medications, and timelines in simple, reassuring language.

Provide emotional support and address patient queries with compassion and confidentiality.

Educate couples about lifestyle, emotional health, and treatment preparedness.

Coordination & Patient Experience

Act as a bridge between patients, doctors, embryologists, and nursing staff to ensure seamless communication.

Schedule consultations, investigations, and treatment cycles in coordination with the medical team.

Maintain follow-ups for patients before, during, and after treatment to improve compliance and trust.

Ensure smooth documentation and patient record maintenance.

Sales & Conversion Support

Counsel new enquiries and walk-ins to help them make informed decisions about treatment options.

Maintain conversion metrics and assist in achieving monthly patient acquisition targets.

Support digital and on-ground marketing efforts by participating in patient education sessions or webinars. Compliance & Reporting

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all ART and ICMR regulations.

Prepare daily and monthly reports for patient consultations and conversions.

Ensure ethical communication and counselling at every stage.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors Degree

Certification or experience in Fertility/IVF Counselling preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English, Kannada/Hindi an advantage).

Empathetic listener with excellent follow-up discipline.

Organized, patient-centric, and comfortable working in a multi-doctor environment.
