Job Description
• Experience with ITSM/ ManageEngine/ServiceNow implementations in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset).
• Develop and maintain workflows, automation, and integrations to improve operational efficiency, and enable consistent and rapid customer service and quality control.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITSM/ ManageEngine/ServiceNow applications, including data inconsistencies, errors, and user concerns.
• Create and manage user roles, profiles, and permissions within ITSM/ ManageEngine/ServiceNow applications.
• Create custom functions, Workflow Rules, Notifications etc.
• System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
• Stay informed about ITSM/ ManageEngine/ServiceNow updates, new features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain documentation of ITSM/ ManageEngine/ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and processes.
