ITOPS / Observability AI Architect

We are looking for an experienced ITOPS / Observability AI Architect to design and drive intelligent, AI-powered observability and AIOps solutions for enterprise environments.

Location: PAN India

Work Mode: Hybrid

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Experience: 1020 Years (SA / M / SM Level)

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end observability and AIOps architectures for enterprise systems
• Define standards for monitoring, alerting, and automated remediation
• Integrate observability tools with ITSM, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
• Drive adoption of hybrid and multi-cloud observability solutions
• Implement AI/ML-based predictive analytics for proactive incident management
• Enable root cause analysis, anomaly detection, and system optimization
• Mentor teams on observability and AIOps best practices
• Collaborate with business, operations, and client stakeholders

Experience & Qualifications

• MCA / B.E in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years of experience in IT architecture or technical leadership roles
• Hands-on expertise with observability tools (Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Experience with AIOps platforms (Moogsoft, BigPanda, ServiceNow AIOps)
• Strong knowledge of Azure / AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience with automation & IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible)
• Solid background in IT operations, infrastructure, and application services
