Core Accountabilities
· Solid knowledge on CMDB & Service Mapping.
· Implementation experience in ServiceNowDiscovery &ITAM modules.
· Experience interpreting software licensing terms and conditions.
· Hands-on experience in software license reconciling.
· Experience in installing HAM / SAM Module.
· Integration experience with other 3rd partyAsset Management tools.
· Strong technical background using web technologies (specifically HTML, AngularJS, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, HTTP, REST/SOAP).
· Hands-on experience in Creating and maintaining APIs and data integration processes between ServiceNow and other services.
· Experience in loading data into SNOW from third party system using Web Services and Import Sets.
· Fluency in creating Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI policies & UI Actions.
· Design various catalogue items for Non-IT teams to submit data on ServiceNow.
· Build customized dashboards and reports.
· Experienced in working with email notifications & inbound actions.
· Design email templates by using HTML and used them in notifications.
· Knowledge in migration between various ServiceNow instances using Update Sets.
· Should be involved in working with process owners to develop workflow, implement the workflows in Service Applications.
Minimum Qualifications
· B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.S./M.Tech. from Computer Science, Electronics and Communications and Electrical Engineering fields with an excellent academic record
· Minimum 3 years of working experience on the ServiceNow platform
· Well versed with different ServiceNow products
· Hands-on experience with Incident Management, ITSM, Service Catalog & Asset Management products.
· Hands-on experience on Script Includes, Business Rules & Client scripts
· Excellent communication skills - verbal & written are truly essential
· Demonstrated experience working with business partners to interpret requirements
· Experience working in Agile mode and working with remotely located teams.
· Great interpersonal skills result driven & Go-getter attitude is highly desirable
