• Solid experience in Italian or Continental kitchens (star hotel or standalone restaurant).
• Strong fundamentals in pasta, risotto, sauces, grills, and classic Italian preparations.
• Ability to maintain high standards of mise-en-place, hygiene, and consistency.
• Passion for learning, creativity, and working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
