Job Description
Aetram Group of Companies is Hiring for a Technical Recruiter.
The Technical Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring high-quality technical professionals across software engineering, IT, data, cloud, and digital roles. The role partners closely with hiring managers to deliver timely hiring outcomes while ensuring strong candidate experience and adherence to company hiring standards.
Location : Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Cochin
Role : Full Time
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, assessment, coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong, active and passive talent pipeline for multiple business units.
- Handle bulk hiring, lateral hiring, project-based hiring, contract staffing, and niche technology hiring.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple locations.
2. Technical Skill Expertise (All Common Tech Stacks)
- Strong understanding of Backend Technologies like Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, PHP, Golang, C#, Ruby.
- Familiarity with Frontend/UI like React.js, Angular, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript.
- Knowledge of Mobile Development like Android, iOS (Swift/Objective-C), Flutter, React Native.
- Expertise in Cloud & DevOps like AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform.
- Understanding of Data & Analytics like SQL/NoSQL, Power BI, Tableau, Data Engineering, ML/AI basics.
- Knowledge of QA & Testing, like Manual Testing, Selenium, Appium, API Testing.
- Understanding of Networking, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure roles.
- Familiarity with Product, UI/UX, and Project Management positions.
3. Sourcing & Talent Mapping
- Perform advanced sourcing using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, StackOverflow, forums, social networks, and referrals.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor mapping for niche roles.
- Implement creative sourcing strategies to reduce TAT and ensure high-quality hires.
4. Candidate Screening & Evaluation
- Conduct detailed technical screening to evaluate skills, experience, communication, and stability.
- Coordinate technical interviews with internal teams and external consultants.
- Ensure timely feedback collection and transparent communication throughout the hiring process.
5. Stakeholder & Process Management
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers, Delivery Heads, and HR Leads to understand hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and weekly hiring reports.
- Ensure adherence to hiring policies, compensation guidelines, and SLA timelines.
6. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Represent the organization professionally during outreach, interviews, and events.
- Create candidate engagement strategies to reduce dropouts and improve joining ratios.
- Support employer branding efforts through career page updates, social media hiring content, and recruitment campaigns.
7. General Recruitment Responsibilities
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Schedule interviews, follow up regularly, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future organisational requirements.
- Ensure all recruitment activities align with company standards and timelines.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in technical hiring.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of hiring practices and recruitment strategies.
- Experience in international recruitment (UAE/Sri Lanka) is an added advantage.
