IT Technical Architect

What you will do:

• Design and develop technical architecture solutions for various IT projects while ensuring alignment with organizational standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into architecture design specifications.

• Oversee and lead the implementation of solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security best practices are met.

• Review and analyze existing systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met within defined timelines and budgets.

• Engage in technology research and evaluations to recommend innovative solutions that drive business growth.

What we look for:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, with a strong focus on system design and integration.

• Proven experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise architecture frameworks.

• Deep understanding of networking, security protocols, and enterprise application integration.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred:

• Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).

• Experience in leading large-scale IT transformation projects.

• Familiarity with data architecture and analytics platforms.
