We are seeking a highly proactive IT Talent Sourcing Specialist US Market to help build and scale a structured, national sourcing engine. This is not a traditional requisition-based recruiting role - it is a skill-group focused sourcing position designed to build long-term IT talent pipelines.

The ideal candidate is energetic, relationship-driven, and comfortable engaging candidates through outbound outreach. Personality, drive, and sourcing mindset are prioritized over deep technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Source IT candidates across Application Development and Functional roles.
• Conduct screening conversations and assess candidate fit and interest.
• Move qualified talent into Active Candidate status.
• Build and maintain long-term pipelines by specific IT skill groups (e.g., Salesforce, .NET, Project Managers).
• Engage candidates through outbound calls and consistent follow-ups.
• Provide recruiters with pre-qualified, submission-ready talent.
• Support rapid VMS submissions.
• Track sourcing activity including calls, emails, and database updates.

Qualifications

• 3 6 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment (agency or corporate environment).
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Exposure to IT hiring (Application Development or Functional roles preferred).
• Familiarity with ATS or VMS platforms is an advantage.
• High curiosity, strong engagement skills, and a proactive mindset.
