Job Title: IT Systems & Network Administrator

Location: Ahmedabad (On-Site)

We are looking for a skilled IT Systems & Network Administrator to manage and support our organizations IT infrastructure.

The role involves hardware and network management, system administration, Microsoft 365 services, Active Directory, security controls, and asset management to ensure smooth and secure IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Hardware & Networking

Install, configure, and maintain server and desktop hardware.

Manage LAN/WAN connectivity, switches, routers, and cabling.

Troubleshoot network issues to ensure minimal downtime.

Systems Administration

Administer Windows desktop and server operating systems.

Perform regular patch management to maintain system security and compliance.

Configure and monitor basic firewall rules and policies.

Inventory & Asset Management

Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and hardware inventory.

Track lifecycle management of equipment and software.

Enterprise Tools & Services

Manage Microsoft 365 applications including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.

Administer Active Directory services (user accounts, groups, policies, permissions).

Ensure secure authentication and access control across systems.

Security & Compliance

Implement and monitor IT security best practices.

Support audits and compliance requirements.

Respond to and resolve security incidents promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Strong knowledge of hardware networking and troubleshooting.

2. Experience with Windows desktop and server OS administration.

3. Hands-on expertise in patch management and inventory management.

4. Familiarity with basic firewall configuration and security policies.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration.

6. Solid understanding of Active Directory services.

7. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
