Job Summary

We are seeking a self-directed and assertive IT professional to support the technology needs of our Sales and Recruiting teams. In this role, you will act as the primary Help Desk for all software and tools in our environment, focusing on account management, technical setup, and rapid issue resolution. we need a proactive individual who can manage the day-to-day IT operations independently, ensuring our systems are secure and our teams remain productive.

Key Responsibilities

• Dynamic Tool Management: Act as the primary technical contact for all tools used by the Sales and Recruiting teams (e.g., Ceipal, Apollo.io, Clay, Fireflies.ai). This includes managing user access, resolving technical glitches, and assisting with tool configurations.
• Software Lifecycle & Provisioning: Assertively manage account setups, permissions, and licenses across all internal platforms. This includes day-one onboarding, offboarding, and the continuous integration or decommissioning of new tools as the company's tech stack evolves.
• Vendor Management & RFPs: Serve as a technical point of contact for software vendors. You will assist in managing current vendor relationships and support the RFP (Request for Proposal) process by evaluating the technical requirements and security compatibility of potential new tools.
• M365 Administration: Maintain and support the Microsoft 365 tenant, including Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Device Setup & MDM: Independently configure, deploy, and maintain laptops (Windows/macOS) using Microsoft Intune or similar MDM tools.
• Infrastructure & Security: Monitor office Wi-Fi and network stability; implement and monitor security baselines including MFA, endpoint protection, and automated data backups.
• Technical Documentation: Create and update "how-to" guides for users and technical SOPs for internal processes to ensure consistency and self-service options.
• Collaboration & Support: Work with external vendors for technical escalations and collaborate with our internal CRM lead to assist with integrations and tool health.
• General Support: Perform any other IT-related activities, troubleshooting tasks, or special projects as requested to support the evolving needs of the business.

Required Technical Skills

• Microsoft 365 Proficiency: Strong experience in M365 Administration. A relevant certification (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or MS-102) is required.
• Access Management: Proven experience managing user permissions and account setups within an ATS (like Ceipal) or a standard CRM environment.
• Endpoint Management: Professional experience with Microsoft Intune, JAMF, or similar for remote device management and policy enforcement.
• Networking Essentials: Strong grasp of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and troubleshooting office connectivity (Wi-Fi, routers).
• Automation & Scripting: Ability to use PowerShell or similar tools to automate repetitive administrative tasks (e.g., bulk user updates).
• Cybersecurity Fundamentals: Experience managing antivirus tools (EDR), conducting patch management, and enforcing access controls.

Soft Skills & Qualifications

• Self-Directed & Assertive: Ability to manage a task list independently and push projects forward without constant supervision.
• 13 years of experience in IT Support or System Administration.
• Pragmatic Problem Solver: Strong investigative skills to quickly research and resolve issues for a wide variety of SaaS tools.
• Clear Communication: Ability to provide concise instructions to staff and professionally interface with external software vendors.
