Systems Administrator / IT Technical Support (JuniorMid Level) | Night Shift

Shift: US Night Shift (7:30 PM 4:30 AM IST)

SureStaff India Pvt Ltd is looking for a Systems Administrator / IT Technical Support professional to support internal IT infrastructure and provide technical assistance to staff across the organization.

Note: This role frequently interacts with C-level executives and US-based teams, so strong communication and professionalism are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide desktop, laptop, and Windows OS troubleshooting support
• Set up systems and IT access for new employees
• Manage IT inventory (hardware & software assets)
• Provide onsite and remote technical support
• Assist with user account management and system configurations

Technical Skills

• Experience with Windows OS configuration and troubleshooting
• Basic working knowledge of:
• Active Directory
• Microsoft Exchange / Office 365
• Microsoft Teams
• SharePoint
• Experience with IT ticketing systems (Zoho Desk or similar) is a plus but not a dealbreaker
• Nice to have experience managing biometric access systems and CCTV applications

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience working in night shift
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
