About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and technically sound IT Support Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support across systems and platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling LMS platforms, spreadsheets, and multiple IT tools efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle data management and reporting using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Provide IT support related to software, tools, and systems.
- Manage user access, credentials, and basic troubleshooting across platforms.
- Ensure smooth functioning of IT tools used for training, operations, and communication.
- Coordinate with vendors or external IT support when required.
- Maintain data accuracy, system security, and process documentation.
Eligibility & Skills
- Educational Qualification: BCA / BSc IT required.
- Strong command over spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Well-versed with common IT tools, software, and digital platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Location : Pune(Wakad)
Mode of Work : Hybrid (4 Days Work from Office + 2 Days WFH)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM
Pay: 8,000.00 - 14,000.00 per month
