IT Support Analyst

What you'll be doing:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, including file, print, application, and database servers.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimum performance.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and other core infrastructure services.
• Apply operating system patches, updates, and configuration changes.
• Manage and maintain virtualization platforms (e.g., Azure, VMware, Hyper-V).
• Ensure system security through access controls, firewalls, and antivirus/antimalware tools.
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines.
• Collaborate with IT team members and other departments to implement and support new technologies.
• Monitor and respond to system alerts and outages, including participation in on-call rotation.

What you likely bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in server administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/ understanding Linux distributions (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as Microsoft Azure, VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and system security best practices.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
