IT Support Analyst, Associate

What you will do:

• Work is mainly related to the MSP (Managed service provider). Includes implementation, troubleshooting, configuration, and advice on best practices of network devices like firewalls, Data backup devices, and Epicor managed services.
• Interact with clients in performing testing, support, and troubleshooting technical functions of ERP Applications remotely.
• Monitoring Cloud and On-Prem Backups of Epicor Customers.
• Monitoring and managing Epicor customers' firewalls to ensure networks are up and running and protected by security services like IPS, antispyware, GAV, and client AV.
• Working on Backup Servers to troubleshoot backup failures.
• License Mobile products for Epicor customers.
• Assist Field Techs Technically and provide network solutions by responding to their service requests at the earliest maintaining the SLAs.
• Maintaining SLA and Support-NPS laid down by the management.
• Ensuring Service Quality levels are maintained and adhered to.

What you need to succeed:

• Any bachelor’s degree. A bachelor’s degree in computer science is a plus.
• 1-3 years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge will be a plus.
• ERP Industry knowledge/experience.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Good theoretical knowledge of Networking Basics and basic network troubleshooting techniques.
• Knowledge of Linux Basics.
• Knowledge of Cloud Backup solutions and firewalls/network solutions is a plus.
• Knowledge of specific system application fundamentals and retail business processes.
• Basic problem-solving skills, and strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
• Well organized, strong attention to detail, and focus on quality.
