Job Description
The IT Staffing Sales professional is responsible for acquiring new clients, growing business from existing accounts, and driving revenue through IT contract staffing, permanent hiring, and managed services. The role requires strong market knowledge, client relationship management, and ability to collaborate with internal delivery teams to fulfill hiring needs efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- To Identify & acquire Prospects (MNCs, Large Org, Start Ups) for IT Staffing & Managed Services Business.
- To ensure regular client meetings per week.
- Sales Process Management: Proposal/Costing Preparation, 1st Level Agreement Vetting, Internal co-ordination for approvals to ensure a sign up.
- Front end the client relationship along with Account Manager till first few onboarding/placements & then transition it to Account Management Team.
- Keeping a tab of the client on its progress & assisting the account management team for the growth of the account.
- Achieve Client Acquisition, Mandate, Onboarding, & GP Target for IT Staffing + Perm Business
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' of industry-related business development experience (domestic IT staffing exp is mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
