Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Staffing Sales / Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to sales, business development, and client management within the IT staffing industry.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT staffing sales, business development, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the IT industry and current market trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite


Skill Requirement


Proven track record in sales within an IT company, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to present complex information concisely.
