IT Specialist/Technology Specialist

About the Role

Were looking for a highly versatile IT Specialist who can take on a wide range of technical projects. You should be the type of person who can understand a business need, build the solution from scratch, and improve systems without needing constant direction.

This role involves everything from building automations to migrating CRMs, integrating apps, managing data flows, and creating tools that make the business run smoother.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automations across different platforms (Zapier, Make, APIs, custom scripts, etc.)
• Migrate CRM systems end-to-end, including data mapping, setup, cleanup, and testing
• Create custom queues, workflows, and internal tools
• Develop integrations between software platforms (using APIs, webhooks, or custom solutions)
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across systems and applications
• Analyze processes and recommend technical improvements
• Build dashboards, reports, and data pipelines
• Manage system configurations, permissions, and databases
• Document workflows, integrations, and solutions clearly
• Ensure reliability, security, and scalability of all systems built

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with automations (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar)
• Experience migrating CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, GoHighLevel, ServiceTitan, or others)
• Strong skills in one or more programming languages
• Experience with AI automation or AI-powered workflows
• Ability to design and build internal tools and custom solutions
• Experience working with databases and managing structured data
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently
• Comfortable learning new software quickly

Nice to Have

• Experience with ERP systems or more advanced workflow builders
• Experience with SaaS tools commonly used by service businesses
