IT Software Engineer – Fullstack Developer

Your role

• develop required web applications and services by participating in systems design and architecture and following sound development methods, tools and techniques
• technical implementation, following clean code principles
• test, deploy, maintain, and improve the services
• identify and work with people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
• collaborate with other global tech and cross-functional teams to work towards global tech solutions

Your team

You will be working in the Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance (GCRG) Tech Crew as a Software Engineer. The team within the crew engages with various projects and is responsible for compliance and regulatory relevant change deliveries.

Your expertise

You have:

• 4+ years of professional application development with server-side technologies – Core Java & Java EE, Spring Boot, Spring Framework and build tools Maven/Gradle/Ivy
• understanding of Microservices and RESTful implementation. Familiarity with API security with OAUTH2/OIDC
• 4+ years’ experience in Web UI development covering HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and React JS
• experience in relational databases like PostgreSQL / Azure SQL / Oracle
• good practical experience with data structures, algorithms, SOLID principles
• familiarity in building cloud native applications using containers and Azure Kubernetes Service
• familiar with Git as source code repository operating in DevOps principles for task automation and CI/CD pipelines.
• understanding of the application development (SDLC), design patterns and support life cycle.
• familiar with Junit providing unit test case coverage
• experience working in Agile Teams following SCRUM practices and associated ceremonies.
