Johnson Controls is seeking a motivated IT Service Technical Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will assist in the analysis, design, and implementation of IT solutions that meet business requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the effective delivery of IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the analysis of user requirements and develop functional specifications for IT solutions.
• Provide support for IT systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions.
• Document processes, procedures, and system configurations for reference and training.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices in IT.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience required.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with knowledge of various operating systems.
• Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical users.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
