Summary: As an IT Service Management Representative, you will manage the delivery of IT production systems and services. Your role will involve supporting the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing risk to services. You will provide operational support to ensure that production systems and devices are online and available. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality IT production systems and services. - Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle. - Manage risk to services and implement mitigation strategies. - Provide operational support to ensure that production systems and devices are online and available. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management. - Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices. - Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in service management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy. - Familiarity with IT infrastructure components and technologies. - Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full time education is required.
