Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of Infrastructure Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Reporting Analytics. - Experience in incident, problem, change, and release management. - Experience in IT service delivery and support. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
