Job Description
Project Role Description : Manage delivery for IT production systems and services. Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available.

Understanding and application of ITIL principles. c. Strong coordination and collaboration skills. d. Ability to manage stakeholders effectively. e. Basic understanding of cloud technologies and their relevance to bridge operations. 4. Additional Preferences: a. Certifications in incident management/ITIL. B. Knowledge of cloud and industry ITIL standards.
