Summary: As an IT Service Management Representative, you will manage the delivery for IT production systems and services. Your role will involve supporting the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing risk to services. You will provide operational support, ensuring that production systems and devices are online and available. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in Cloud Based Service Management Process Design. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality IT production systems and services. - Manage the infrastructure service management lifecycle. - Monitor and maintain the availability of production systems and devices. - Identify and mitigate risks to services. - Collaborate with the team to provide solutions to work-related problems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Based Service Management Process Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework. - Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices. - Experience in managing IT production systems and services. - Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes. - Familiarity with IT infrastructure and networking concepts. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Cloud Based Service Management Process Design. - This position is based in Gurugram. - A 15 years full time education is required.
