Summary: As an IT Service Management Representative, you will manage delivery for IT production systems and services. Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Ensure client satisfaction by managing the delivery of IT production systems and services. - Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle. - Provide operational support to ensure production systems and devices are online and available. - Assist in critical incident management to maintain service availability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service-related issues. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the IT service management domain. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Critical Incident Management. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices. - Familiarity with service desk tools and ticketing systems. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
