Summary: As an IT Service Management Representative with expertise in WebMethods Fabric, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of IT production systems and services, ensuring client satisfaction and minimizing risk to services. Your typical day will involve providing operational support to ensure production systems and devices are online and available. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the delivery of IT production systems and services, ensuring client satisfaction and minimizing risk to services. - Provide operational support to ensure production systems and devices are online and available. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to IT production systems and services. - Develop and maintain documentation related to IT production systems and services. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in WebMethods Fabric and related technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in WebMethods Fabric. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi. - Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices. - Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks. - Experience with incident management, problem management, and change management processes. - Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Nagios or Zabbix. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in WebMethods Fabric. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in IT service management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
