Project Role : IT Service Management Representative
Project Role Description : Manage delivery for IT production systems and services. Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available.
Must have skills : Service Management Framework Design and Implementation
Good to have skills : Cloud Based Service Management Process Design

Educational Qualification : 15 years of full time education

As a Service Management Resource, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and delivery of Cloud services to clients. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of service management, including process optimization and client communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service management principles, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Key Responsibilities: Service Delivery Optimization: Monitor service performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline service workflows and enhance efficiency. Incident and Problem Management: Oversee the incident and problem management process to minimize service disruptions. Supporting regular audits & publishing results to leadership Implement preventive measures to address recurring issues and improve service reliability. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of service management processes, procedures, and best practices. Generate regular reports on service performance, including key metrics and KPIs. Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2. Proven experience in service management or a related role. 3. Good to have basic Cloud understanding & knowledge 4. Strong understanding of service delivery processes and best practices. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Proficiency in MS Tools, Jira & Confluence. 8. Certification in ITIL or other relevant certifications is a plus.
