Summary: As an IT Service Management Representative, you will manage delivery for IT production systems and services. You will support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. Your role will involve providing operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available. You will be based in Bengaluru and should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Ensure client satisfaction by managing delivery for IT production systems and services. - Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle. - Provide operational support to ensure production systems and devices are online and available. - Manage risk to services. - Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Administration. -Handle user account creation/deletion - New Relic Monitoring:? o Check performance Dashboard o Check APM & Services o Check Service Levels o Check SLA Report o Slack Alert Channel Monitor - Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Hands-on implementing various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms. - Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps. - This position is based in Bengaluru. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
