Summary: As an IT Service Management Representative, you will manage the delivery of IT production systems and services. Your role will involve supporting the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing risk to services. You will provide operational support to ensure that production systems and devices are online and available. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in MySQL Database Administration. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality IT production systems and services. - Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle. - Manage risk to services and implement mitigation strategies. - Provide operational support to ensure the availability of production systems and devices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in MySQL Database Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with database performance tuning and optimization. -Understanding of AWS Infrastructure - Strong understanding of database management principles and best practices. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues. - Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies for databases. - Familiarity with database security and access control. - Ability to analyze and optimize database performance. - Experience in database capacity planning and resource management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in MySQL Database Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
