Project Role Description : Manage delivery for IT production systems and services. Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available.
Must have skills : MySQL Database Administration
Good to have skills : SAP HANA DB Administration, Oracle Database Administration (DBA)
Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : Graduation mandatory

Summary: As an IT Service Management Representative, you will manage the delivery for IT production systems and services. Your role will involve supporting the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing risk to services. You will provide operational support, ensuring that production systems and devices are online and available. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of IT operations and ensure the reliability of services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Ensure client satisfaction by delivering IT production systems and services. - Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle. - Manage risk to services and ensure their availability. - Provide operational support for production systems and devices. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address service-related challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in MySQL Database Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA DB Administration, Oracle Database Administration (DBA). - Strong understanding of database management principles and best practices. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of database systems. - Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies for databases. - Familiarity with database security and access control. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in MySQL Database Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Graduation degree is required.
