Experienced Salesforce development professional required to designs, develop and integrates IT enterprise software solutions with a focus on frameworks, programming, troubleshooting, and debugging IT software issues, aligned with strategic goals and technology needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine project requirements as part of the development lifecycle from conception to delivery.
Responsibilities
Planning (10%)
- Participate in project planning and estimation.
- Collaborate with architects to develop technical strategies.
- Provide input on technology stack selection.
System Design & Integration (40%)
- Develop IT software applications based on project requirements.
- Design and implement new features with senior developer guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on coding and testing.
- Take ownership of specific modules and contribute to code reviews.
System Operations (50%)
- Resolve technical issues and provide in-depth support.
- Analyze and troubleshoot application performance.
- Escalate issues when necessary, and develop support documentation.
- Assist in user training and communication.
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Proficiency in Apex programming, triggers, and batch processing.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration techniques.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, and data management.
- Experience with Salesforce customization, workflows, and approval processes.
- Familiarity with test automation tools for Salesforce (e.g., Selenium, Salesforce Data Loader).
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and various cloud platforms.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub, and DevOps strategies.
- Strong understanding of Test Driven Development (TDD).
- Excellent communication skills – both technical and user-friendly.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Bonus Skills:
